We created different programs for players from 8 to 23 years old, adapting to their age and goals; whether they are looking for tennis as a space for personal development or the possibility of pursuing it professionally.
Our goal is to help them fulfill their dreams on the court, and we want to accompany them on their journey to achieve it.
We focus our sessions on training players’ mental skills and psychological techniques to improve their performance in trainings and competitions. We work towards developing a positive and winning attitude.
We always prioritize personal well-being because experience has shown us that that feeling good off the court is necessary to perform well on it.
We understand that two players aren´t the same and that is why, in a customized way, we adapt the program according to the player’s needs. You can choose the topics, the number of sessions and the time frame that suits you best.
